About Mëllu


Mëllu is a Dutch built pseudo-vlet of the Amulet type.
It has been made in 1970 by the Jonkerpaans shipyard from Doordrecht.

Some technical Data:
Length 7.68 m, Powered by Mercedes 40 hp.
Comfortably for 2 people, up to 5 possible.
Max.speed: 10.5 km/h
Diesel consumption: ~2 l/h
Webasto air-heating, hot water.


Purchased by Jang in the Netherlands in 1991.


Withheld in the French Ardennes during its transfer voyage to Luxembourg.
Reasons: very nice landscapes and cities, good cruising possibilities, fine people around.

Mëllu was mostly used as a dwelling tool to visit the region where it was located.

The new owner from 1st of January 2006 is Daniel M.
He quickly learned to appreciate the multiple beauty of the French Ardennes.
